Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the jys9 website, downloading the jys9 mobile application, or placing any wager or bet through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jys9 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jys9 platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, and any person interacting with jys9 promotional materials, customer support, or associated third-party services. Your continued use of the platform following any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

jys9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the jys9 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any modifications. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

jys9 may, at its sole discretion, provide translated summaries of these Terms for informational purposes. Such summaries are not legally binding and do not supersede or replace the English-language version of these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account with jys9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jys9 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction placed on your account by jys9 or by any responsible gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or court-imposed financial restriction.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited.

jys9 employs age verification procedures at account registration and may request additional documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Where a player is found to be under 18, jys9 will immediately suspend the account, withhold all winnings, and return any net deposits at its discretion in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Account Registration

To access betting, casino games, and financial services on the jys9 platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested. jys9 will use the information provided during registration to verify your identity and to process deposits and withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide at minimum:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or older
• A valid and active email address that you control and monitor
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (required for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payment processing)
• Your residential address in Bangladesh

You agree that all information provided to jys9 during registration and throughout your use of the platform will be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jys9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify jys9 immediately at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

jys9 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and bank transfers to and from selected Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may be higher and are stated at the time of transaction initiation.

Withdrawal processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. jys9 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the jys9 platform:

• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jys9 compliance at its discretion.
• jys9 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or a screenshot of your bKash/Nagad account details showing your registered name and number.
• Funds deposited into your jys9 account do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to another player's account.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or wrong account) must be reported within 24 hours. jys9 will investigate and, where confirmed, correct the error. Delays in reporting may affect the outcome of any investigation.
• jys9 reserves the right to set, at its discretion, daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on individual accounts in the interest of responsible gaming.

All transactions are subject to jys9's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. jys9 may request the source of funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction reversal or account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

jys9 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by jys9:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% per spin; live casino games, sports betting, and fishing games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not wagered within the specified time period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per registered player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Abuse of promotional offers — including registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: When a bonus is active on your account, the maximum stake per game round or bet is ৳500 or the equivalent unless the promotion's specific terms state a higher limit. Placing bets above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus withdrawal restriction: Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn; only cash winnings derived from bonus wagering that meet the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

jys9 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled while a player is actively wagering through the requirement, the bonus balance at the point of cancellation will be forfeited and only the qualifying real-money balance will be retained.

Responsible Gaming Policy

jys9 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling behaviour among all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method to recover losses, or a response to financial, emotional, or personal difficulties.

As part of jys9's responsible gaming commitment, the following tools are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set amount of continuous play time. These reminders encourage regular breaks and mindful gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, you may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum of 30 days or permanently. • Reality checks: On-screen notifications reminding you of your net session spend and session duration at configurable intervals.

jys9 does not extend credit to players, does not encourage players to chase losses, and will not contact players to encourage increased betting frequency. If jys9 reasonably suspects that a player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling — including irregular wagering patterns, requests to increase deposit limits immediately after self-imposed reductions, or communications indicating financial distress — jys9 reserves the right to impose protective account restrictions without the player's prior consent.

Prohibited Conduct

jys9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest behaviour on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, including the use of another person's identity, forged documentation, or any other deceptive means
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or in response to any identity verification request
• Using the platform to launder money or to process the proceeds of any unlawful activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to jys9 support
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, simulate play, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any live casino game, poker variant, or other player-vs-player format
• Placing bets with insider information or in coordination with any player, team official, match referee, or sports governing body — commonly referred to as match-fixing or spot-fixing
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jys9 platform, including its software, APIs, or security infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jys9 staff, other players, or any person associated with the platform in any communication channel
• Claiming a bonus or promotion in bad faith, including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage wagering across opposing outcomes to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk

jys9 uses automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where misconduct is detected, jys9 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend the account pending investigation, withhold and forfeit all account balances and pending withdrawals, permanently close the account, share account information with relevant third parties or authorities, and pursue civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

jys9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or age verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Request by the account holder to activate self-exclusion or voluntary account closure
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements that necessitate account restriction
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance and no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed at jys9's discretion)

If your account is suspended, jys9 will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address. You may request a review of a suspension by contacting [email protected] with full details. jys9 will aim to respond to suspension review requests within 5 business days.

Upon legitimate account closure (i.e., where closure is not the result of fraud, breach, or prohibited conduct), any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within 7 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, jys9 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account as partial compensation for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the breach. This right applies in addition to, and does not limit, any other legal remedies available to jys9.
